Most orders are shipped from our warehouse and are delivered within 7-10 working days from the order date. If the item is not available, we will promptly notify you. Shipping rates are determined on the total product value of your order. $4.99 will be added for each additional shipping address.

We'll deliver most items within 3-4 business days from receipt of your order to any UPS shippable address within the 48 contiguous states. $7.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges for optional Upgraded Shipping. I purchased this for my father-in-law as a gift. He loved watching the birds loving this Birdseed Snowman so much he asked me to order more. I ordered 3 more!
I checked to see when it shipped about 3 weeks later to find my order had been cancelled. I spoke with Catherine who was just lovely. She took care of the error, apologized for my inconvenience. She was so polite, professional, and understanding. I wanted to share that I am a faithful Brecks customer and this reaffirms what I always knew, Breck is a company who takes care of their customers and has quality products.
