One of them got leaves but NO flowers, 2 just died and the others are just doing nothing. In the past years they have done really good. I can get the old ones to bloom. NO flowers this year.

I bought 2 amaryillis plants, followed instructions exactly, & they bloomed beautifully - that is until 1 of them literally leapt out of its pot onto the table top. Both plants were in the required sized pots, watered as directed, & tenderly cared for. After the escape attempt, I replanted it, but had to bury the bulb up to its neck in order to keep it both in the pot & upright. I admit, I'm concerned about what I should do for the future; when I notified Breck's about this issue, I got a reply requesting the order number, which I couldn't find. I'm hoping I can figure out how to handle these two plants such that next year, they'll stay put. They are awfully pretty.

I ordered a Picotee and a Red Reality. The Red Reality was disappointing with only 6 flowers and just a few leaves for such a big bulb! The Picotee made up for it! It is STILL blooming after 8 weeks and has shot up its 4th flower stem. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I've never had an amaryllis so impressive.

but donned glorious "clothes." I ordered six amaryllis: Elvas, Marilyn, Twinkle, Apple Blossom, Mont Blanc, and Star Gazer. Continuous blooming among them and now waiting for Star Gazer, the last, to open (March 2, 2023). I'm thrilled and hope I can baby them through until next year.

This bulb was exactly what I wanted: shorter stems but with multiple flowers. It is in full bloom this very minute, gracing our dining room table. And the coloring is perfect: white with a fine edge of red!

I bought one huge naked bulb for myself to see how it would perform. I also bought the smaller bulbs in wrapped pots for 7 family members including myself for Christmas. The flowers were gorgeous & it was fun to see everyone's photos when their bulbs were blooming. Very happy!

This item DOES NOT say it comes with a pot. In fact it very clearly states that the bulb comes in a linen bag. Soooo, the review complaining that you don't get the terra cotta pot, and giving it fewer stars as a result is just not right or fair!!!
