Shipping is by FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. Large orders and food order may be shipped in more than one package.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse and are delivered within 7-10 working days from the order date. If the item is not available, we will promptly notify you. Items ordered together are not always shipped together, or depending upon availability, on the same date. Please allow extra delivery time for backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped automatically at no extra cost to you. Shipping rates are determined on the total product value of your order. $4.99 will be added for each additional shipping address.
Optional Upgraded Shipping
We'll deliver most items within 3-4 business days from receipt of your order to any UPS shippable address within the 48 contiguous states. $7.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges for optional Upgraded Shipping. Additional shipping surcharges apply to Bulb Garden of the Month Club and Fresh Greenery.

I placed two orders in October for decorated Christmas trees to be delivered this week to family. I spoke to a Brecks customer representative personally about the orders to insure that they would be delivered on the correct day.
Yesterday I got two emails saying both orders were cancelled because items were out of stock. I suspect that you sold my trees to someone who ordered after me but for an earlier delivery date. I am furious. It is too late to get something else there in time.
I have called customer service three times this morning. Have yet to speak to anyone for whom English is their primary language; no one would let me speak to a supervisor. And no one offered me any remedy whatsoever.
I have been ordering these trees for family for years.
