Most orders are shipped from our warehouse and are delivered within 7-10 working days from the order date. If the item is not available, we will promptly notify you. Items ordered together are not always shipped together, or depending upon availability, on the same date. Please allow extra delivery time for backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped automatically at no extra cost to you. Shipping rates are determined on the total product value of your order. $4.99 will be added for each additional shipping address.

We'll deliver most items within 3-4 business days from receipt of your order to any UPS shippable address within the 48 contiguous states. $7.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges for optional Upgraded Shipping. I ordered the Nutcrackers Potted Spruce Tree this year to surprise my Wife (her Grandfather passed last year and since we didn't get to celebrate Christmas with her family due to the pandemic, I wanted to honor him and his love for Nutcrackers this year). The tree arrived securely packaged, fully decorted and had easy-to-follow care instructions. This is going to be the perfect additon to the family dinner table this Christmas!
