Shipping is by FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. Large orders and food order may be shipped in more than one package.

To protect houseplants from extreme temperatures during shipping, we follow USDA guidelines, based on your recipient's address.

Items ordered together are not always shipped together, or depending upon availability, on the same date. Please allow extra delivery time for backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped automatically at no extra cost to you. Shipping rates are determined on the total product value of your order. $4.99 will be added for each additional shipping address.

We'll deliver most items within 3-4 business days from receipt of your order to any UPS shippable address within the 48 contiguous states. $7.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges for optional Upgraded Shipping.
