Shipping rates are determined on the total product value of your order. $4.99 will be added for each additional shipping address.

We'll deliver most items within 3-4 business days from receipt of your order to any UPS shippable address within the 48 contiguous states. $7.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges for optional Upgraded Shipping.
